A little bit about my journey. I started making ca

kes and cupcakes in 2008 for my daughters 16th birthday. I enjoyed it so much I started a business. I learnt as I went along and enjoyed all aspects of cake making and decorating. But the best part was people’s reactions and feedback.

���As from 2020 I stopped making fondant covered iced cakes as I think I have arthritis which causes me too much pain when kneading out the icing. ���

I now offer buttercream based cakes. These are still made exactly the same was minus the fondant. The best part is it’s cut the cost down so prices start from only £35 in 6” to serve 8-12 easily. Please give me as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. I will often have last minute availability but cannot promise so giving me plenty of notice is always preferable. All my cakes and cupcakes are freshly made from scratch using only the finest ingredients. They are baked fresh on the day you order for collecting so please be patient. I really don’t like doing these hearts as there is no room for error, especially when they are plain, but that said I did it and the finished look was beautiful, even if o say so myself. The customer had their own topper to add.
