This is my very last "professional" bake and it has been long awaited!

The wedding was delayed multiple times due to COVID but today they finally got to say those 2 little words that would change their lives forever - "eat cake!"

I haven't made a cake bigger than a 6 inch or more complex than a drip cake for months. I don't miss the stress and anxiety of complex or fondant covered cakes nor the time it takes to create them but boy do I love the end result 😍

This is all chocolate cake, filled and covered in chocolate ganache. The bottom tier is layers of fondant and the top tier is covered in meringue buttercream decorated with fresh flowers from Flower Pot Lane and a custom made topper by Capola 🥰🥰
