Terms and Conditions
Deposits: We require a 20% initial non-refundable deposit to secure the order. Final payment: Final payment is due when your order is picked up/delivered. We reserve the right to keep the order if payment is not made on pickup/delivery
Changes: We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes that are made 7 days before the order due date. Please note depending on the type of or
der and any prep work that has already been done we might not be able to make any changes. Cancellations: Deposits will not be refunded in the event you cancel your order. However if we for any reason need to cancel your order your deposit will be refunded. Non-edibles: Our cakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake. It is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving. Cake design: We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist’s work but will ensure the look is similar. Delivery & pick-up: Once an order is no longer in our care (delivered or picked up) we take no responsibility for any damage caused. Media: We reserve the right to use all photographs of the cake for advertising purposes. Serving sizes: Serving sizes are estimates and not guaranteed to be exact. We are not responsible for a shortage of cake if the pieces are cut too large. Allergens: Please note we cannot guarantee that any of our goods are free from any of the 14 major allergens set out by the food standards agency.
