Hi, sorry it’s been so long. I have been thinking a lot about my cake Business and how I’m going to move forward. Hopefully I should reopen in a few months, but things will be changing, I will be stepping away from big cakes, as I physically can not put in the hours anymore. I work full time and have a family, and spending 3 - 4 nights in the kitchen after work, sometimes till 2am, has taken its toll. Something’s got to give.
So I have decided to concentrate on smaller bakes, like brownies, cupcakes, tray bakes and shortbread. I will be doing small 6in cakes, but buttercream only.
I will be posting all details, photos and prices when I reopen. And will start taking booking then, and not before.
