Mince pie swirls are back😊 Like a cinnamon bun but with a luxurious and festive mince pie filling, finished with a delicious almond icing. These are best served warm with a cup of tea or coffee✨🎄

We are getting ready to bake our way through a busy Christmas period... unfortunately this will be our last Christmas baking our best bakes :/ Due to rising costs, we have made the heartbreaking decision to permanently close the bakery - our last day delivering to home customers will be the 30th December 2023. Over the years, we have cherished the relationships we've built with you, our valued customers. Your encouragement, support and loyalty have been instrumental in our journey, and for that, we are profoundly grateful.

New sourdough of the month : Pickled Onion and Chive. If you love pickled onions then you’ll love this sourdough loaf :) Added to our dough this month are quartered silver skin pickled onions and a good handful of chives to round off the oniony flavour.

Introducing the Low-Gluten Seeded Loaf (made with fresh yeast)

We use a blend of Gluten-Free Shipton Mill flours, organic seeds, vegetable oil, salt, water and fresh yeast in this loaf. All of the ingredients we use for this loaf are gluten-free. We thoroughly clean all equipment or use separate equipment wherever possible however, there may be traces of gluten in the finished product. This loaf is produced in the same work space and baked in the same ovens as our other products which all contain gluten. This product is not suitable for people who have been diagnosed as coeliac.
