🥛 Need some help with feeding? Latch not quite right? Have lots of people tried to help you but you're still in pain? Come along and get tailored support for you and your baby. 👶

🤚 We support all mums, those who are breastfeeding, combi feeding, bottle feeding and everything in between!

👶 We can help you to wean your baby off ni**le shields if that's what you need to do, to come up with a plan for feeding if you have yet to give birth or even a plan to go back to work. We can also help give you practical tips including how to deal with things like mastitis, pumping, managing life with a toddler and the list goes on!

🕰️ We'd love to see you tomorrow! Bring a friend, bring your mum, just pop in and see us however you feel comfortable. And, if you're running late, that's normal!! Just pop in, whatever time! 🕰️

😊 Whether your baby is three days, three months, or nearly 3 years old, or still in your tummy, we are always here for you on a Wednesday morning. Plan your breastfeeding journey with us, make sure you know who to go to if you need help along the way.

👋 We've got room for those for whom Breastfeeding is going swimmingly and also for those experiencing a few bumps in the road! You don't have to be perfect at this group! Come as you are, when you want. When works for you and your baby.

☺️ We can support you with those early days, latch, To feed without pain, weaning off ni**le shields, planning for going back to work, leaving your baby for the first time to go on that hen do for a few hours and much, much more!

🙏This week we have a special guest, Emma, coming from Little One Snug - Hastings Sling Library / Babywearing Consultancy. Emma will be providing free support (thanks to the generosity of our funders) to you all, so bring your slings or come to learn how baby wearing could work for you! 👶

🥛 Niplash, flipple, let down, rooting, cluster feeding, expressing, colostrum, rugby ball, fl**ge, let down, liquid gold.....any more for any more?? You see breastfeeding a baby comes with a whole new language, without this language, our babies instinctively know what to do to survive, but this language help us to learn and understand the art of breastfeeding!

🤰 Whether you're pregnant, about to give birth or have your little one in your arms 👶 . Let us help you to master breastfeeding. We are here for you every step of the way, even if your journey hasn't gone to plan and you've now chosen another way to feed.

👋 You're welcome to come, pregnant, breastfeeding, combi feeding, not quite able to feed or bottle feeding. We support all mums.

🌍 Ni**le shields, pumps, bottles, happy babies, babies that are struggling are all welcome and supported at this group. It doesn't matter where they were born, Pembury, Conquest or somewhere else, we can dove tail with the health visiting and midwifery support you receive.

🤝 So, if you'd like to be supported, meet like minded people and introduce your baby to those who may turn out just to be their best friends for life, come and join us!!

👋 A call for volunteers, just 5-10 mins of your time required..... 👋

**If you've attended the group in the past or do at the moment you might be able to help us. Or, perhaps you have finished your breastfeeding journey but still follow us.**

This is how you can help....

As it can sometimes feel overwhelming or scary to come along to a breastfeeding group we are interested to hear what you thought. Whether you came once or twice or if you came regularly for a while, we'd like to understand how you felt.

Would you be willing to write us a message with your thoughts that someone could read out to share with other mums that might be in the same position. Or even better, could you send us a video that we could share. You could film it yourself or we could interview you....whichever works!

You might want to tell people how you felt before coming, what the first session was like, whether you came back, what you got out of it, or if you felt it wasn't for you. We want to hear everything, the good, the bad and the ugly!

Why? Because we care, because we want this to potentially help other mums take that brave step, because we want to always improve, after all, this is YOUR safe space to get tailored support. With your permission the messages could also help us to get funding.

No hard feelings if this isn't your thing, but as the saying goes, if you don't ask you don't get!

Breast or bottle feeding we are here for you!

Did you know that babies that are bottle fed can also struggle if they have tongue tie too, it's not just an issue with breastfeeding.

So if you're struggling to feed your baby, or just have some niggles, pop along and see us and we will give you some tips which may help. That might be a change of position, a change of teat, trying different amounts or altering the frequency of the feed.

We can also help with ni**le shields, latch issues, how to know your baby is getting enough, how often your baby should be waking for feeds, what's normal and of course helping you and your baby make friends if that's what you're after!
We can also help with much more, but there's only so much we can list before you're bored! We will always refer to you on to a healthcare professional if there's a need.

Whether you've just given birth, are looking to meet some like-minded people, need help with breastfeeding or just want to know if you're on the right track, come along tomorrow (Wednesday 16th September).

We are independent of the NHS but will liaise with them with your permission when appropriate.

It's nearly that time of week, time for the group!
We will be on hand to answer all your breastfeeding queries, help with positioning, help with getting that pain free latch and anything else you throw at us! We can also support with bottle feeding too.

We know how vulnerable you can feel when things aren't going to plan, so come along and let us listen and guide you if that's what you need.

We also have a special guest popping in - Emma from Little One Snug - Hastings Sling Library / Babywearing Consultancy who will provide you with all the support you need to carry your little one from a tiny newborn to toddler hood. So bring your slings and get them checked and adjusted so that you are really comfortable with them, rather than just making do! As always this is a free service we are offering, thanks to our wonderful sponsors.
