It's that time of the week again, we will be meeting tomorrow Wednesday for another support and social!

All welcome, regardless of how you're feeding.
Perhaps you're feeling on top of the world or maybe a little overwhelmed. Whatever you maybe feeling we will be there for you.

Perhaps you are dreading every feed because of pain but people tell you pain is normal? We can tell you pain is not normal and you need to get support! We can help you get the perfect latch so you can feed pain free and with confidence.

Perhaps your baby isn't sleeping and you're feeling drained. Or perhaps you need to stop breastfeeding and want to know how you can do that without causing an issue. Come and have a chat and we will help you through, and if we feel you need more help, we will refer you on.

Breastfeeding is amazing but it can be a tough journey, that's why expert support from the start (and the start is pregnancy) is so key.

Let's face it, regardless of how you feed, all mums need support and that is why we support mums regardless of feeding method, be that expressing, combi feeding or any other method. All mums deserve a support network.

Our group runs weekly:
