Through our welcoming open plan design, you can watch Pete at work preparing fresh goods throughout the day. In an effort to share our passion for traditional methods and sourdough processes, we offer full day bread classes, where you can learn the art of sourdough in a relaxed and friendly environment, and be expertly guided through producing delicious breads that can be easily replicated in your kitchen at home.
