My biggest order to date, both in terms of quantity and size! A whooping 30 x 18 inch number 75 cake and 50 cupcakes. It was an honour to make these cakes in order to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Sheiling School in Ringwood. Flowers all handmade from fondant Icing, in the schools colour theme.

When your daughter is turning 13 and gives you less than 24 hours notice of the cake she wants! Was it as neat as I’d have liked, no, but considering the time I had, I think I just about pulled it off. She’s been told, in future I need more notice, otherwise it won’t be done! 🤣
