White Chocolate Mocha Cake with Whipped White Chocolate ganache, decorated with extra light espresso Swiss Meringue Buttercream (plus little bit of white chocolate ganache drip).

It’s honestly one of my all time favourites! It’s not too sweet, extra moist and very velvety throughout 😋 wish I made it bigger, but this little 4 inches cake serves perfectly for two people.
