We are immensely proud to inform you, that between us all (Rookery Park, Livingstone’s Freehouse Kessingland, Horse and Groom Wrentham, Randolph Hotel, Marks Fish & Chip Shop, Sole Bay Fish Company, Two Magpies Bakery, Sutherland House Hotel and Restaurant, Southwold Pier, Maize Maze Southwold, The Pit Stop Café and Tennis Courts, Southwold, The Sail Loft, Southwold sports pavilion, The Queens Head Blyford, Wilderness Reserve, Folk + Fare, Ethicoil Group, Ipswich Town Football Club, SouthGen, Cleveleys Foods Ltd)
…..we have managed to save over 71 Tonne of Food Waste from going into landfill unnecessarily, all just from January 2022!

This is an amazing achievement from us all, as 70 Tonne is the equivalent to 150 Grand Piano’s or 10,000 Bowling balls! 🎳

That’s a serious reduction in greenhouse gases too, especially when you consider food waste is one of the biggest contributors to this!

Community Food Waste initiatives like ours, are definitely the way forward. Those above - be proud 👏🏻!
