Hooray for asparagus season!!⁣

We were inspired by a segment on Sunday night's episode of BBC Countryfile Extra featuring some of the incredible asparagus grown in the Vale of Evesham.⁣
⁣
We used tender spears, pan-seared and paired with our Tasteful Thyme Jelly, warmed gently and drizzled over, and finished with a generous shaving of parmesan. Simple, elegant and full of flavour.⁣
