Some of you may be wondering, as we're already in to December, why I haven't been posting about Christmas products and orders.

It is with deep regret that I have to inform you that Ballyneety Bakes will be supplying the last bakes at The Corner Shop, the weekend of the 17th December. This is due to me relocating for a new job straight after New Year.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your custom and support over the last 5 years, I've loved creating the celebration cakes, the new techniques I have learned and challenges I have had with them over the years, trying out new recipes for my mini sponges and tray bakes and of course the staple of my baking, Irish Soda Bread, without which none of this would have happened.

Ballyneety Bakes wouldn't have had the success that it did without all of you. So once again a big massive...
