Already over £120 worth of orders since last night!
Me and my amazing sponsor Rubberduck Bathrooms - Redcar are paying for all the ingredients and packaging so the charity gets every single penny raised! ❤️

The biggest total we ever raised was £562 for Melanoma Focus and I would love to raise over £500 again for such an amazing local charity ❤️

So, in the past when I did charity bakes I always did massive square portions of the brownies and had to put my prices up on them last time - BUT, this time I’m doing them smaller, not by much at all - it’s the same size you usually get at anywhere you go that stocks my brownies! But this way means I get to use the whole tray and is much easier for me to do overall, cheaper than last time… and you can get individual portions too, don’t have to get 4 if you don’t think you can eat that many, or don’t trust yourself to not eat that many.

Will be for week commencing 26th October!, Thursday & Friday collections!

I’m gonna do the below -

1 brownie - £3
4 brownies (pick n mix any 4 flavours) - £10

Menu -
OG Triple Chocolate
Biscoff
Raspberry & White Chocolate
Cadbury Caramel
Brown Butter & White Chocolate Blondie
Milk Chocolate Millionaire Shortbread

I’m back from my jollies!

We had a lovely week in Primrose Valley, nice and slow paced with visits to Filey, a local zoo, a family run farm and loads of fun at family entertainment on the night for Reuben ❤️

Back to it now though!

Massive congratulations to The Astwoods who celebrated their wedding day at Runa Farm!

I had the absolute pleasure of making their wedding cake and sweet treats 😍

I had inspo photos from the bride for the cake but made the piping slightly more rustic to try and suit the venue and I’m so happy with how it turned out! 😍

Top tier was chocolate fudge cake with a dark milk blend ganache, bottom tier was a classic vanilla and raspberry!

Unseasonable warm at the minute so also covered in a layer of white chocolate ganache too for added stability (and tastiness!) ❤️❤️

The sweet treats were millionaire shortbread, caramel brownie, Jammie dodger blondie and Biscoff tiffin - perfect mix 😍😍

Wedding cake delivered this evening to Runa Farm near Barnard Castle - what an absolutely stunning venue! 😍😍😍

Sticker over the cake - you can’t see the cake before the wedding party does! ❤️❤️

I cannot tell you the sheer relief when the cakes get dropped off safe and sound 😂

Evening ❤️

In the past on my personal page I have done fundraising bakes for causes I’m passionate about, I always pay for all the ingredients and packaging out of my own pocket and every single penny raised goes to the selected charity / cause.

In the last few years we’ve raised £228 for Redcar’s Coastwatch to help fund for a new we**am to have more visibility on the seafront to keep people safe, £412 for a lovely local family & £562 for Melanoma Focus, who supported me when I was diagnosed with Melanoma (all good now)… that’s over £1200 for charity and worthy causes!

I will openly say a massive thank you to everyone who have supported these fundraisers and every single tip and additional donation went to the pot too ❤️

This October I’ll be doing another fundraising bake, this time however it’s being very generously sponsored by my colleagues over at rubberduckbathrooms_redcar 🦆🛁

I’ll be doing brownies and cupcakes as always, full details to follow in regards to quantities, flavours and prices - as always I’ll be paying for every ingredient and packaging with the help of Rubberduck Redcar and every single penny raised will be going to Zoe’s Place Children’s Hospice in Middlesbrough, a truly incredible place that does so much for terminally ill children, children with life limiting conditions and also their families ❤️
