So! This is the 3rd time I’ve had to draw the winner for the giveaway - as for some reason the random name generator kept drawing my husband - if that doesn’t look like a fix I don’t know what is! 😂 so, sorry Ben - you’re not getting a full tray of anything… you’re doomed to a life of offcuts 😘😂

Reuben knows he’s not allowed to be in the kitchen when I’m baking cakes for other people, but he’s always buzzing to be involved for home bakes - today’s involvement was baking my birthday cake and he requested we have carrot cake, I’m not complaining son it’s one of my faves too! 😍😂

He gets so excited and digs right in to help, egg cracker master over here! ❤️

Huge congratulations to Mr & Mrs Reilly who tied the knot yesterday!

Had the pleasure of making their 2 tier wedding cake accompanied by 2 dozen cupcakes ❤️

4 layer sponges on both tiers for lovely height, strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream ❤️

Panicked a bit with the heat for this one so to be on the safe side I added additional dowels for structural support and 2 layers of white chocolate ganache for additional stability! ❤️
