Here’s a sweet treat station set up for a wedding yesterday at talkingtides brewery in Marske ❤️

Love this idea so much, out of my trays I get 12 ‘full’ sized portions but for this I portioned into 20 to give the perfect little sweet treat ❤️

Nice variety of -
Milk chocolate millionaire shortbread,
Cadbury caramel brownie,
Triple chocolate brownie,
White chocolate Rocky Road with custard creams and Biscoff biscuits,
Rocky Road with bourbon creams and rich tea

Evening folks!

Just a little catch up & availability post, I’m officially fully booked until November for celebration cakes ❤️

As many of you know this is my 2nd job and I work 3 days a week at a local bathroom company so naturally my cake capacity isn’t as large as other bakers who do it full time.

Taking a few things into consideration as well as trying to have a healthy work / family time balance I’ve decided to manage my time better I’m capping my wholesale and you will now only find my bakes exclusively at The Coffee Box @ Longbeck Nurseries & Luna Blu in Yarm ❤️

I don’t like to say ‘no availability’ and give no alternatives, so If you’re looking for wholesale bakes for your local businesses or celebration cakes etc give Baked By Beth in New Marske a shout for her availability as I’ve personally demolished some of her tasty treats and 100% recommend!

(Holding in my bare hands as this was a spare and has since been consumed by my scone loving mouth, no notes - 10/10 😍😂)

Had the absolute pleasure of making this 2 tier cake for a lovely lady’s baby shower today 💖💖💖

Top tier was vanilla and raspberry, bottom tier lemon and lemon curd 😍

Used some stencils for texture, macarons, gold leaf and the most beautiful artificial flower sprays 😍

Really creamy and delicious mix (with double cream, not milk so you know it’s the perfect consistency 😍) with a gorgeous caramelised cheese top 😍

I did a little coloured doodle for him to check and he was happy with his choices 😂
