Casino glam to celebrate a special 18th birthday in style! ♠️♦️♥️♣️

The special request in this design was for personalised playing cards. I sourced ones and customised them using images provided by the customer, creating a truly unique centrepiece.

Every topper was handcrafted with great attention to detail, adding the perfect finishing touch to this glamorous casino-themed celebration.

A fully customised 60th birthday cake for Jill, inspired by her time in a local band and her love of singing. After receiving the brief and photos of Jill, I created this bespoke design to truly capture her personality and passion for music.

This was my first time using a wire armature to create a fondant figure, and I was thrilled with how well the likeness turned out. The customer was delighted with the final result and especially loved how recognisable the figure was as Jill.

The cake was a flavourful red velvet with vanilla filling.

What an amazing idea for a 50th! An afternoon tea with cakes and fudgy double chocolate brownies. Why settle for one flavour when you can have four! The minimal designs keeps it cohesive, simple and classic.

The Carrot Cake is full of flavour and paired with a tangy cream cheese filling.
The classic Vic Sponge is moist and filled with Strawberry conserve
The Coffee and walnut cake is filled with coffee buttercream to intensify the coffee flavour and the walnut praline gives it a sweet crunch. The coffee ganache drip gives it that little bit of extra.
The Almond and Orange cake is made with almond flour and orange zest. Filled with orange buttercream and toasted flaked almonds keeps the flavours balanced.

Alphablocks and Numberblocks. This was such a labour of love. Each unique letter and number was carefully handcrafted out of fondant. The birthday boy loved it and that's everything to me.

Crystal Palace FC theme. It was a simple Victoria sponge, but I got the best feedback on this. I was told it was the best cake the family had ever had, light, fresh and full of flavour!

An adorable design to celebrate their first milestone. Inside is a decadent Belgian Chocolate cake with a filling of Pistachio cream and pistachio praline.

Three cakes, three unique themes, but perfectly colour coordinated and matched - a first for me. A customer, an event stylist, ordered these cakes to match three distinct backdrops. They were very particular about the colour and presentation and were thrilled with the result. I was told that not only did they look amazing but tasted incredible, especially the cookies and cream.
