Not the best lighting but this beauty was delivered this morning 🎂

3 tiers consisting of Zesty lemon sponge filled with lemon curd and raspberry compote and vanilla sponges filled with lemon curd and raspberry compote.

All tiers covered in light covering of vanilla bean buttercream with a slight pink tint, then covered in fresh Strawberries 🍓, blueberries 🫐 raspberries and roses 🌹

To accompany the cake were 6 vanilla bean gluten free cupcakes filled with a selection of lemon curd and raspberry compote, topped with vanilla bean buttercream and fresh fruits to match the cake 🎂

These elegant tiers consist of Velvet vanilla, lemon and white chocolate and chocolate fudge. With the addition of 6 matching gluten free raspberry filled vanilla cupcakes 🧁

I created the rustic spacers which do not only add an elegant rustic touch, add that extra height and then making it easier when being set up once at the venue 💖
