Our ingredients are simple and Organic, directly from our local Farmers

We made 4 different kinds of Focaccia with 4 different dough:

Classic focaccia tomatoes and olives, or without olives - suitable for vegetarians

Rosemary suitable for vegans

Ham & Cheese (organic ingredients)

Pastry Tuna with "pasta brisee" containing eggs (Free Range Beechwood)

Flour Doves Farm
