If you like making celebration cakes but you struggle to find something to decorate them with and you're not too great at the writing? This is where I can help. I make sugar plaques. They're made from hardened sugarpaste (or fondant as the Americans call it) and hand painted with food colours. They are completely edible but can also be removed from the cake before it's cut and kept if you wanted.
