We specialise in Croquembouche wedding cakes. A delicate choux pastry filled with a crème patissière, dipped in Caramel and stuck in a tower with more caramel. We can make them for any number of guests you may have.

We cover the whole of Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Surrey, London.

Any croquembouches within an hour delivery from the bakery (RG20AU) we will deliver the cake ready made. Anything further we will have to build on site.

If you are after something a little different with a wow effect, all you need to do is to contact us so we can plan this part of your wedding.

Good morning Reading. It got quite cold recently. So, this Friday's lunches BLUE COLLAR 🌮🍔🍹 market on market place, I have this hearty lunch for you

Boulangère potatoes with Braised Beef.

A beautiful tender braised beef sandwiched between layers or thin slices of potatoes, covered with the sauce the meat was cooked in then baked until cooked.

I will also have my usual treats to complete your lunches.
