A huge congratulations to Hannah & Edward who got hitched yesterday at 🤍 thank you for asking me to make your cake and be a huge part of your special day!
14 years ago I made my first ever wedding cake at this venue and yesterday I made my last ever wedding cake there too.
I did make the decision this year to not carry on with cake making as it has just become harder to make a good living from doing this due to the ever increasing cost of ingredients and decorations. I’ve made some wonderful cakes over the years and loved every minute of being such a huge part of so many special celebrations. But it’s time for a change as I start my new business: .davies.aesthetics
Of course I’ll still make the odd cake for friends and family and never say never to making a comeback on here. But for now it’s over and out 🤍🤍🤍
