There’s a huge difference between food made with gluten-free ingredients and food that is genuinely coeliac-safe.

A product can be made entirely from gluten-free ingredients and still carry a risk of gluten contamination if it’s prepared, handled or cooked in an environment where gluten is present.

That distinction has become incredibly apparent to me recently, and it’s exactly why we will never compromise when it comes to the safety of our food.

Your safety will always be our absolute priority. Our unit, and all our equipment has never seen any gluten and there is no risk of any cross contamination.

Just a little reminder that we’ll be trading at Broadstairs Food Festival this coming weekend - Friday 2nd and Sunday 4th October.

We would absolutely love to see as many of you there as possible. Your support really does mean the world to us, and it helps us get our name out there as a coeliac-safe, gluten-free vendor.

There simply aren’t enough genuinely coeliac-safe gluten-free options out there, as we all know. It can be incredibly difficult, and we are so passionate about bringing the safe, delicious foods that we all crave and miss back into our lives, without compromising on safety.
