One of the best parts of being a baker and creating goods for people to enjoy is trying to ‘upgrade’ or refine your bakes, experimenting with flavour combos and then seeing the reactions of consumers when they try them.. good or bad 😜 luckily so far no bad ones… just pure joy when it works out.
