✨1st wedding cake of the year ✨

A gorgeous two tier cake with spring florals to match their theme. Church Street Florists of course handled the flowers for me! Did such an amazing job.

A chocolate fudge sponge, salted caramel filling and chocolate buttercream chosen by the bride for the bottom tier.
And a funfetti sponge, raspberry jam filling and vanilla buttercream for the top tier, chosen by the groom.

All encased with white chocolate ganache to try and beat the 33c heatwave we had over the bank holiday weekend!

This cake was for our lovely friends who got married at on Sunday, it was the most magical day. Lots of laughs, dancing and memories made.

I’m very proud to have gained another 5 on my revisit this morning.
I have been inspected again as I have recently moved house, so they needed to make sure everything is as it should be.
I only strive for perfection in every aspect on my cake journey, to provide my customers with the best service possible.
A good hygiene rating is so much more than a clean kitchen, its structure and routine at every part of making a cake, from the shopping, to the preparation, to packaging, to delivery.
So excited to continue my cake making journey in my new home, and to create some amazing cakes for you all!
