The feedback from the coconut old school cake was so good we turned it into a cake 🥥🍰

True story: I hate coconut and yet I had coconut cake as one of our wedding cake flavours…why because it’s one of my favourite cakes !! This paired with a coconut iced latte right now…. *chefs kiss*

What would you do if I said we were about to create the worlds FIRST ever Fudge tart centred Viennese Whirl??? Well we are about to, and we are bringing them to The Great Whyte Dine out this evening!!!! Never been done before Viennese Whirls!! With a fudge tart centre!! I’m afraid they’re not even made yet, David’s only just come up with the idea and I’ve said we can only do it if we make PLENTY of them as who in their right minds won’t want one 🤤🤤🤤
