Small batches of our Rye with Irwell Works Stout and Treacle (we know there’s a select few of you Ramsbottom folk that like this one so get down early weds/thurs/fri if you want one)
Sandwiches from 11am:
House made corned beef, traditional pickle and lambs lettuce
House made potted ham, mustardy slaw
Chicken and smoked bacon mayo, salad

8-9:30am Dry-cured smoked bacon butties
All on the oven bottoms pictured 👀

Lancashire and spinach quiche (from 11am)
Carrot and ginger soup, have it with a couple of slices of buttered sourdough…or don’t (from 11am)

Manchester tart
Spiced carrot cake with walnut
Banana sponge with caramel and dark chocolate
Lemon driz driz
Irwell stout and chocolate cake
Sticky apricot Bakewell slice
Almond and marmalade sponge (FYI that ones made without gluten or dairy….best taken home warmed slightly I think. Then served with a bit of well, dairy…..ice cream, sour cream or crème fraiche or, a dairy free alternative of your choosing)
Date crunch
Cornflake slice
Double chocolate all-butter shortbread
We had some pecans left so made another maple and pecan flapjack but we plan to bring back the ever popular macadamia nut, white chocolate and cranberry one towards the weekend.
Think we’ll do some treacle tarts at the weekend too!
