*Birthday Brownies: dark fudgey brownie bits packed with choc chips, chocolate ganache drizzle, choc chips & birthday sprinkles topping

*Caramel Ferrero: dark fudgey brownie bits packed with hazelnuts, caramel sauce, Vego hazelnut drizzle & crushed hazelnut topping

BAKEWELL & CUSTARD PUDDING…
*almond frangipan sponge packed with flaked almonds, vanilla bean creme patisserie, raspberry drizzle & flaked almonds topping

Also…

STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING: £10 each
*classic ST sponge, drenched in ST sauce, ready for the oven, or eat cold

BOOZY CRIMBO CAKE SLAB: £18 each
*packed with sultanas, dates, cranberries, flaked almonds, fresh orange & lemon zest, dark rum and amaretto (they have been fed with additional booze and are not decorated, to allow weekly booze feeds until Xmas) they are GF and almost a kilo in weight

*Please Note: As always, the brownies are gluten free!
Cake Boxes will feed up to three people
Sticky Toffee Pudding will be in foil trays, so can be heated up at home in the oven, will feed up to four people

Well… FOR ONE DAY ONLY!! This is where we’ll be (hopefully) 😂
I’m coming out of retirement, just for the day and will be at the Animals In Need event in Hanslope at the end of the month.

Now, my arthritis can be absolutely savage this time of year 😫, so I can’t confirm the menu and quantities, until the actual week of the event. Sorry!

But it will be CASH ONLY (I no longer have a working card reader) and I also won’t have a large cash float, so the right amount would be greatly appreciated - I will post the menu with prices, once I know what I’ll have with me. There will also be none of my usual patisserie bags and boxes either, so if you want multiple cakes, you’ll have to bring your own! 😂🍰🥳💚

Thank you SO much to everyone who popped by to see me at Hanslope Vegan Fair yesterday! Apologies to anyone who missed me, as I’d sold out by 1pmish, so went home to see my doggos! 🐶
Don’t think I’ve ever felt so much love as I have since my announcement on Thursday, it’s been quite overwhelming!! 🥰 And for those who couldn’t make it yesterday, I’m sure I’ll bump into you somewhere, as now I’ll have time to go out and be a punter at all the vegan events now!! 😋🥳
For all those who got excited at the mention of a Minkiemoo Recipe Book… well, that is definitely going to happen, even if I have to use my own printer at home and sell it on street corners! 🤣🤣🤣

So thank you all again 😘 thanks to Jackie & Paul for putting on the event - it was lovely to be back 😍 and watch this space for book news!!!

🚨MAHOOOSIVE ANNOUNCEMENT…
As some of you will know, there have been a few equipment issues in the kitchen over the last month, so donuts have been off the menu which has prevented my usual supply to all my fabulous wholesale customers! ☹️

But I cannot lie, it’s been rather nice just making the occasional birthday cake & wedding cake. I also have arthritis in some of my fingers, which isn’t going anywhere, so… it seemed like the natural time to finally hang up my pinny for good and start spending some quality time with my little family! 🥰
But before there’s chaos in the streets 🤣 all the bookings I already have in the diary, will still be getting their cakes, so don’t worry! 😍

This Saturday at Hanslope Vegan Fair, is the very last event I’ll be selling sweet stuff, so don’t miss out!! Although I have a few business plans brewing for next year, so watch this space - but no more baking! 😱 It’s Retirement City for me and you know I won’t be growing old gracefully, that WILL be me!! 🤣

Peace & massive love to all of you wonderful lot that have supported me and my little business over the years, both up here and down in the South West in my little shop near Newquay. I’ve had an amazing time, met some truly fantastic people and made some really great friends!! 😍

Minkiemoo will be heading back down to the south west again 🙌 😎🏄‍♀️🏖 this time it’s on a Thursday (9th September) to deliver and set up a wedding cake in Bodmin. So there will be a small delivery run too, but spaces in the order book are extremely limited! Delivery is £4.50 and will start in the morning in Plymouth, then in Bodmin for wedding cake setup and then deliveries will resume from mid afternoon onwards across Cornwall. Minimum spend is £23 + delivery. Have a mooch over the menu and just send a DM with what you’d like, but be quick!!
