Come and say hello this Saturday at Beacon Hall Monthly market. Lots of lovely stalls to have a a browse. I will be there with some lush goodies again. Brownies, old school sponge, Scones, whirls, coconut sponge, cookies, come and grab a treat for the afternoon. Refreshments available and plenty of parking.

Ok its September so I am mentioning the C word (sorry). I want to just let you know some items I am doing again this year, as they were so popular last year It may give you time to decide what you would like and I can sort myself out as well lol. I am asking only £5 deposit for each item and balance couple weeks prior to collection, making it easier to manage at a time when everything is expensive.
I will be offering my Yule logs once again.
* Chocolate sponge filled with choc ganache and covered in choc ganache or buttercream with choc shards and shavings.
* Also my white choc zingy lemon yule log filled with white choc ganache and covered with white choc ganache or buttercream, choc shards and choc and lemon shavings, something lush and refreshing for desert. these serve 8 £20
* chocolate or vanilla sponge rudolph cake. filled with lush vanilla or chocolate buttercream. serves 12 - 15 £50
* mini rich fruit cakes if you dont want too much fruit cake but it is Christmas! serves 4 - 6 £20
a £5 deposit secures your order
More items may be added over the next month.

Come and say hello next Saturday at Beacon Hall, French Close, Peasedown at the monthly craft fayre. Lots of stalls to have a browse and i will be there with some lush cakes including the usual staple of brownies, old school sponge, cookies, scones etc, a treat for a Saturday afternoon with a cuppa.

Wedding cake set up at Overbarn in Gloucester. A gorgeous place for a wedding and a lovely day it was as well.
I tier lush vanilla cake and filling with strawberry jam, 2 tiers of white chocolate & raspberry with freeze dried raspberries all finished with a coating of buttercream for a rustic finish. A spray of dusky pink roses and foliage to finish off .

Vanilla sponge and vanilla buttercream filling covered with a marble effect fondant. Decorated with sugar sunflowers for the birthday girl favourite flower. Happy 30th. Hope you had a fab day.
