Even when they’ve got a million things going on in their personal lives + still bring their energy, their graft + their humour every single day.

Some are mums.

Some are juggling a hundred responsibilities outside of the bakery.

All of them keep + have kept this place moving, helping it thrive + keeping the laughs coming when we need them most.

I’m proud that bagels + schmear is somewhere their girls can come + be surrounded by powerful women, seeing first hand what hard work + resilience looks like.

bagels + schmear wouldn’t be what it is without the women behind it.

Our Ginger + White Chocolate Cookies are made from the same recipe as our Milk Chocolate Cookies you already know + mildly obsess over. Little people know this, but our cookies are actually upcycled from plain bagels. Unsold plain bagels? Cut up. Rebaked. Blitzed. Blitzed that little bit more. Baked into cookies 🤯

As for the Chocolate Orange Brownie Cookies? They’re not upcycled. They’re just here because they taste bloody good + scream Christmas.

We wouldn’t be where we are now if it wasn’t for taking your feedback on year on year so this year we’ve listened + very excited to announce we’re launching our Christmas Day Breakfast Bundles. Our bundles are available in 3 sizes + can be preordered on the website now for 23rd + 24th December only.

There’s only going to be limited amounts available so don’t wait until it’s too late. We say this with love… we don’t want to be involved in your family drama because someone forgot to order the bagels 🥯🎁
