what's on my mind ? well, if FB wants to know. I'm wondering how many of you lovely people will turn up at the Wagon tomorrow to take a loaf home. ????
I had a customer last week who bought two loaves for herself and another two for her brother in London. I said to her - '' surely he can find sourdough in London '' Her reply was '' he has lived in New York and London and he says yours is the best he has ever had. WHow !! - How is that possible ???? but great to hear comments like that, makes me feel - I must be doing something right, so now I need to find a way to get others to try it for themselves.

FRIDAY is- for me Sourdough baking day, however I'll have to leave early, 11.30 wish. So try to come early, but after midday, the ''Available '' bread basket will be stocked up for all you sourdough lovers, so you can still catch a loaf there in the afternoon, well if they are not gone to others.Just pay on bank transfer, details are on the box.
NOTE : Saturday is also a baking day.

So listen up, the week is up !! I mixed up a batch of dough today for you guys, at present they are just chilling in the fridge - until 7 a.m in the morning,,,, So who wants a sourdough tomorrow ? - FRIDAY. text me, if you want one of fortyone to be yours. I'd like to let you all know, I'll only be open on Friday and Saturday's now, unfortunetly things have quitened down.
