For those who are new here — welcome 🤍
And to my day-ones who have stayed with me through every season, thank you for being here.

I’m Emma, the face, hands, heart (and sometimes tears 🥹) behind T&R Bakery.

I create bespoke buttercream cakes for weddings and celebrations across Essex & London — cakes that taste just as beautiful as they look.

This business started with a simple cake I made for my son’s 7th birthday, and has now grown into something filled with purpose, passion and so many unforgettable moments. Through the highs and the challenges, God and my children have been my strength, and I’m so grateful for the love that continues to surround this journey.

A moment that made every hour worth it. 💍🍰

This couple were sadly let down just before their big day, and I got the call less than 24 hours before their wedding.

With faith, focus, and a whole lot of buttercream — we made it happen. Seeing them feed each other their first slice, smiling and full of love, reminded me exactly why I do what I do.

It wasn’t just a cake… it was a moment of joy, relief, and love — and being part of that is something I’ll never forget. 💕✨

This cake was designed, baked, and decorated in just one day — and seeing how beautifully it turned out makes every sleepless hour worth it.

Sometimes, the best creations come from those unexpected, last-minute moments when passion takes over and creativity just flows. 💕

But just to be clear… 24-hour cakes are not a regular thing! 😅 I always encourage early bookings so every design gets the love, time, and detail it deserves.
Still, this one reminded me what’s possible when faith, focus, and buttercream come together. 💫
