Everyday this week we will be posting a cake of the day to make your mouth water 🤤

Today is our brand new mint aero biscuits…

A bottom biscuit (same recipe as our traditional empire biscuits), filled with mint flavour fondant, topped with a chocolate covered biscuit, drizzled with more mint flavoured fondant then finished off with a mint aero bubble in the centre 😍
