I am selling this antique wrought iron dolls bed from France. £90 including postage With its delicate scrollwork in ivory it is pretty as a picture.

This is a French vintage dolls bed with some chips of missing paint this is part of the charm of this vintage frame

I have had made all of the bedding for this little bed using only antique and vintage French fabric and lace in my favourite faded reds and pinks.

The bedding is hand stitched as much as Much as possible using the tiniest stitches possible.

To give detail of the bedding:

Mattress; French stripe ticking in a natural taupe. Buttons have been added to give an authentic look to the mattress

There are two white bolsters, one for each end of the bed. Cotton lace on one with a tiny antique handkerchief monogram in the centre and on the other white broderie anglais.

To ensure the bed is cosy and warm with winter approaching. Two larger cushions in a faded red floral each with the same cream handkerchief monogram in the centre complement the elegant look and feel.
At the end of the bed to rest gently against the bolster are two more cushions in a beautiful pink and creme anglais floral design.

A pretty scalloped edge fine cotton sheet trimmed in pretty lace contrasts perfectly with the pink and red of the fabric.

This is such a unique item perfect for display or for collectors. For lovers of textiles this is a special item like no other.

Measurements

The bed measures 44cms long x 27cms wide x 26cms high.

Albert mouse is already for his and mine big adventure today we are in London and soon setting off to take part in the people procession we are one of the lucky 10,000 ballot winners I am walking with pride for my Grandad Albert who served in the First World War at the Somme.
