A good few years ago I made a wedding cake for a bride, how strange when a couple of years later she walks into my day job and sits next to me on our team!! Fast forward 2 years lots of laughs and now I'm making her son Cooper's birthday cakes!

It's one thing I love about this job, the themes are so versatile. I often create cakes of the same theme but try to mix the designs up so every cake is unique.
Of course I have a few designs that are super popular and I created them over & over again.
