Our September SEND 35a Session will be Wednesday 16th September 11am-12pm.

This session is for parents and carers who would like to understand how to appeal to the SEND tribunal. The session runs through the steps of completing the SEND35a form, we also cover what evidence you can collect to share with the Tribunal. The SEND 35a form is for Refusal to Assess only. There will be time for questions during the session and you are welcome to ask anything you are unsure about.

This session is for you if:
• You already have an appeal registered with the SEND Tribunal, and
• The appeal is about the contents of your EHCP
• This can include sections B, C, D, F, G, H & I
• You will learn what a Working Document is and why it is needed for this type of appeal
• This is a practical guide on how to request changes to the content of the EHC Plan once you are in the Appeal process
