So I recently heard that Mrs Elswood isn’t a real person, but the name is an amalgamation of Elstree and Borehamwood, can anyone tell me if this is true??

Mrs Gayer is another pickle lover, and definitely a real person, and this cake was so much fun to make for her! Inside was dairy free chocolate sponge with vegan chocolate buttercream 😋
