Mandie has Level 2 food hygiene certificate and years of experience designing and baking bespoke cakes. Prices vary depending on intricacy of design, size and flavors - but can work to any budget. Free design service. Please give at least 2 weeks notice. Prices include board and delivery box. Candles, sparklers and tier dividers extra.
