As I seem to be on a roll with the giant chocolate bar themed cakes…here’s my Terry Chocolate Orange cake!!(Yes it is a chocolate orange sponge with matching buttercream!) This was so much fun!

Finally posting my latest wedding cake from the weekend, finished with handmade sugar roses and eucalyptus leaves. Huge congratulations to Mr & Mrs Peake, I hope you had an amazing day! It’s been a long wait since the couples cake tasting due to everything that’s happened, but hopefully finally getting to see and taste the cake, it was everything they hoped it would be. The three tiers were:Victoria sponge, white chocolate & raspberry and Lemon sponge with Limoncello, lemon curd & buttercream.

Baby showers don’t have to be all bunting and butterflies as my latest bespoke cake shows! Created for a Tim Burton fan, two tiers of chocolate cake complete with hand sculpted baby and ghost dog in a gothic crib…as a great lover of Tim Burton myself this was so much fun to make!
