I very rarely eat cake , but this flavour was heaven !!!

I Was honoured to be asked to do this Christening cake for beautiful Everleigh .
I was given total free reign on this one .
In my head I pictured what I wanted to do , after playing around with different ideas I came up with this beautiful bespoke cake .
Bottom tier was vanilla with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam and the top tier was lemon with lemon buttercream and a lemon curd , then finished off in a white chocolate ganache.
