I had the pleasure of creating this cake over the weekend for a 70th birthday. My remit was "My husband is having a special birthday - he loves golf and rich moist chocolate cake"

At the weekend I had the pleasure of donating these cupcakes (Lemon Drizzle, Oreo and Biscoff) to the British Heart Foundation fashion show which we run annually. We raised £2500 in total - it was an amazing night where the community all came together to support a charity that is at the forefront of research into heart and circulatory diseases.
