Black buttercream… but make it delicious. 🖤

The biggest struggle with black buttercream?
Getting that deep, rich colour without the bitter food-colouring taste or the dreaded black tongue! 😂

I finally found a method that works beautifully for my Swiss meringue buttercream.

A little black colouring, a little heat, and one extra step that makes all the difference. ✨

Want to know how I do it?

👇 COMMENT BLACK and I’ll send you my method!

Save this for your next black cake project. 🖤
