A couple of bakes that were done for this weekend.

A birthday stack comprised of Maltesers slice and Kinder slice.

A sponge to celebrate a Civil Partnership. I explained to the customer that I had never done writing with icing before and that I wasn’t sure how it would come out. Thankfully they trusted me and I was pleased how this ended up. That said, I’m in no rush to repeat the process as it causes a fair bit of self doubt and I’m no more confident now than I was before.
