I worked for Local Government as a finance officer for almost 30 years. When voluntary redundancy was offered I jumped at the chance in order for me to follow my passion of cake decorating. I have always been very artistic and loved making cakes for friends and family as a hobby. I am now able to follow my dreams. I have been awarded a 5 star food hygiene rating.

Hello!!!!
I have been super quiet, sorry!!! Just beavering away with lots of amazing wedding cakes. I also had a week off to celebrate hubby’s big birthday and spend time with my gorgeous family visiting from Dubai.
Just thought I’d share hubby’s birthday cake with you, Buddy didn’t seem too impressed I’d cloned him 😂 Ten years ago I made Sonny our horse, I wonder what I’ll make for the next ten years 🤔😂

Weddings will resume next, lots to share! X

This beauty was created for Beth Baxter and Rhys and is all about softness, movement, and ethereal detail.

Delicate, hand-crafted wafer paper flowers seem to float effortlessly around each tier, bringing a sense of romance and lightness to the design.

Inspired by the amazing Karisha | Luxury Cake Artist I knew this gorgeous design would fit perfectly with the enchanting surroundings of Fairyhill: Gower Wedding Venue, and was a true joy to create for such a special day.

We had a selection of Welsh cakes, dairy milk caramel chocolate brownies, jammy dodger blondies, mini egg cookies and crispy m&m cookies. Top tier was a classic sponge with layers of vanilla buttercream and Nutella. Decorated with edible gold leaf, and finished with a handmade sugar rose and sunflower.

This gorgeous wedding was set up for Charlotte and Jake, working closely with
options acrylic cake tower displayed the items perfectly.
