🩷🤍Beautiful pink & white combination on this cake to celebrate Olivia’s 16th birthday.
It’s a vanilla sponge hidden inside; covered with pink fondant/sugarpaste icing; white drip; personalised name plaque; 16 little hearts🩷🤍 bobbing around on wire in the background….and of course not forgetting Ballyhegan crest!💙🩵. Hope you had a wonderful birthday Olivia.

Love the simplicity of this cake and would you believe this is dairy-free!!👏🏻👏🏻
Harry’s 18th was a wee while ago and he just wanted something plain…et voilà!! Yes it’s a dairy-free vanilla sponge cake with dairy-free buttercream in a blue ombré effect, painted gold edging on top and finished with a little edible gold leaf….oh la la!!

I was asked for a cake that would be pretty….I think these wafer flowers are really pretty🌸😍
This is a vanilla sponge filled with buttercream; covered with pink buttercream on outside and beautifully finished with wafer flowers I made (they take time to make but are definitely worth it). I finished it off with a little name plaque to match the cake board👌

You’ll never walk alone James!!
Loved making this cake for a huge Liverpool fan who also happens to be “The Boss” in the classroom too!😁
It’s vanilla with buttercream hidden inside; decorated with red sugarpaste/fondant icing with a Liverpool theme (I made coordinating toppers to match)….and not forgetting a few school books!
Happy 40th James….you’re only a young thing!!😂

🪸🧜‍♀️🌊Oooh….a Mermaid cake for Fiadh….where anything is possible🧜‍♀️🌊🪸
This is a large vanilla sponge cake covered and decorated with vanilla buttercream with jam; multi-coloured textured ombré effect for the waves; fondant mermaid tails, corals, seaweed, pearls and shells; mermaid and shell toppers for the top and finished with lettering to the front.

Can’t believe Darcy is turning the BIG 1! It doesn’t seem that long ago since I was making her Christening Cake.
This is a square vanilla sponge cake inspired by Peppa Pig!🐷🏠
It’s covered in vanilla Buttercream-I did a landscape design on top with a fondant Peppa, little wafer flowers🌸dotted around the piped edge; I made the characters for around the cake (we all know them😂) and finished with lettering to the front.
Thank you again Connie and hope Darcy had a wonderful day🙂….I remember Peppa & George well!

Was asked to make some traybakes and mini sponges to help with pips_charity tea morning here in Portadown recently.
This is a little selection of Marshmallow Squares, Brownies, Diane Delights, Caramel Squares together with mini vanilla sponges…..yum yum yum!!😋😋
