Can’t believe Darcy is turning the BIG 1! It doesn’t seem that long ago since I was making her Christening Cake.
This is a square vanilla sponge cake inspired by Peppa Pig!🐷🏠
It’s covered in vanilla Buttercream-I did a landscape design on top with a fondant Peppa, little wafer flowers🌸dotted around the piped edge; I made the characters for around the cake (we all know them😂) and finished with lettering to the front.
Thank you again Connie and hope Darcy had a wonderful day🙂….I remember Peppa & George well!

This is a little selection of Marshmallow Squares, Brownies, Diane Delights, Caramel Squares together with mini vanilla sponges…..yum yum yum!!😋😋

I loved making Joe’s cake but doesn’t seem a year since his last birthday!
This is a taller vanilla sponge cake filled and decorated with Swiss meringue buttercream in red & white of 🔴⚪️Tír na nÓg🔴⚪️ of course; buttercream piping, milk chocolate Lindor😋; white chocolate drip, I made the coordinating jersey and crest myself and finished with lettering to the front. Saw his pictures…he was pleased as punch!!

Another beautiful cake here for Caitlin’s 21st!…who is also a huge animal lover🐓🐤🐕
It’s a vanilla sponge cake covered and decorated with fondant/sugarpaste icing, highlighted the pink&white marbling with silver; handmade fondant roses; name plaque, all the animals (must admit Hamish the highland cow is my fav) and finished with lettering to the front.

Better get back to my posts-had a lovely wee break in the West of Ireland.
Outdoor/gardening/golf cakes seem to be quite popular at the minute😊🪴
Nuala celebrated her birthday recently so I combined both a gardening 🪴🪏and golfing ⛳️🏌️‍♀️theme together👏🏻👌
It’s a vanilla sponge cake covered and decorated with fondant/sugar paste icing and finished with buttercream piping; name plaque; signposts (lol made my own toppers) and lettering to the front.

⚫️⚪️Love this polka dot black & white theme going on here ⚪️⚫️
It’s a square vanilla sponge cake filled and decorated with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. I kept the centrepiece topper simple-black background with white script surrounded with little edible pearls ….it didn’t need anything extra to finish it off except little black bows from Lisa🙂👌
Lisa is very talented and made little table centrepieces to coordinate all-just beautiful💐🌺

This is a vanilla sponge cake hidden underneath coloured pink and green half & half buttercream. I’ve coordinated handmade fondant accessories together with handmade toppers of the Emerald Castle, Glinda & Elphaba…and of course coloured baubles to finish!👌
Loved making this and someone here also had her eye on it!!😂

Whao-Doesn’t seem a year since I last made Koa his birthday cake.
This year Koa went for a Roblox themed vanilla, jam & cream cake. Covered with blue buttercream and then fondant made walls, trees🌳etc and lettering. Finished off with handmade toppers👌.

A handbag👜 and a wee bottle of Rosé wine🍾……lovely combo!!
This is a Red Velvet cake hidden underneath vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream in shades of pink and cream…yum yum!😋😋
💕I made the handbag to compliment the little Rosé bottle, edible gold edging, piping on top and bottom of the cake and finished off with little handmade pink fondant macaroons and lettering.🫶🫶🫶

This is a vanilla sponge cake I made for my mother-in-law’s birthday recently.
It’s a vanilla sponge cake filled and decorated with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream; acrylic happy birthday to the front; little handmade fondant macaroons👌; pipping on top and finished with the biggest 8️⃣5️⃣ I could find!!😂
Best of all-I got to eat it too in beautiful surroundings of Clogher Valley Golf Club….yum!!😋
