I'm Beth, a professional pastry chef based in Bournemouth, Dorset. I've been baking my way through life since I can remember and am so happy to be able to sell my bakes online!

Originally from Swansea in South Wales but now living in Dorset, I spent a large proportion of my career as Head Pastry Chef at The Green House Hotel & Arbor restaurant, Bournemouth. Here I was given the freedom to use my imagination and constantly create new and tasty desserts, cakes... and as many things as I could out of flour, butter and sugar. So welcome to the next chapter.

All bakes are 100% hand crafted and customised to your baked wants and needs. This is an inclusive online bakery, ranging from bespoke celebration cakes, sharer desserts for family gatherings and parties, or even a selection of buttery biscuits to gift to your loved ones.
