A clean, high-quality installation delivered by Emperor Roofing on this new concrete deck project using WestWood’s Wecryl 230 waterproofing system 💚

Designed to create a fully bonded, seamless membrane, the system delivers long-term waterproof protection and reliability where it matters most.

Finished with Wecryl 420 textured surfacer, the completed deck now benefits from a durable anti-slip surface suitable for safe maintenance access.

👏 From worn and failing… to clean, modern and built to last….just check out these before and after shots!

A fantastic transformation completed across six apartment blocks in St Albans, where tired communal entrances and staircases were brought back to life with a full refurbishment solution 💚

The existing vinyl flooring had reached the end of its lifespan, with visible failure and safety concerns across high-traffic areas. The solution? A durable, long-term Wecryl system designed to restore both performance and appearance.

The refurbishment included 👇

❇️ Wecryl 488 sealer coat with decorative chip finish�
❇️ Fully restored slip resistance and durability

Residents were also given the opportunity to choose from a range of bespoke colour options - helping create a finish that looked just as good as it performs.

Expertly installed by HTR Group, the project was delivered smoothly, professionally and to an exceptional standard throughout.

🌊 Coastal views. Premium detailing. A standout new build taking shape.

Excellent progress continues on this impressive new-build residence on the Hampshire coast, with roofing works nearing completion and the expansive terraces now beginning to define the character of the property.

Positioned to make the most of the surrounding coastal views and summer evenings ahead, the project is already showcasing the level of quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail that’s gone into every stage of the build. 👏

From the structural works through to the exterior finishes, it’s great to see the vision continuing to come to life as the project moves closer to completion.

👏 Another major project completed - and what a result for the Cemplas team in Bristol.

Delivering waterproofing works above a live retail environment required careful planning, coordination and attention to detail throughout the programme to ensure the store below remained fully operational while works progressed safely and efficiently.

Following the refurbishment of the retail space beneath, the concrete top deck has now been fully waterproofed and protected for long-term performance 💪

👏 Another standout transformation taking shape in London with HTR Group.

The existing asphalt surface had clearly reached the end of its best days - worn, tired and in need of serious attention. But thanks to the skill, professionalism and attention to detail from the team, the transformation already speaks for itself.

Arek and Seb continue to deliver workmanship of the highest standard, turning a failing surface into a clean, refreshed finish built to perform again. 💪

And the best part? The project’s not finished yet.

🏗️ A major milestone for WestWood’s New Build & Architecture Division.

Our first residential project is now well underway, with the first main roof area successfully completed using the WestWood Wecryl monolithic waterproofing system 👏

Delivered in collaboration with Linroc and installed by Durable Contracts Roofing Limited, the system achieves both BROOF(t4) classification and CCPi approval - combining technical performance with complete confidence in specification.

But this project is about more than waterproofing 👇
The light-coloured Wecryl finish has been selected to help improve Solar Reflectance Index (SRI), reducing roof surface heat absorption and helping lower internal heat gain during warmer months. ☀️

Alongside this, the incorporation of a green roof delivers further environmental benefits:�
🌿 Natural insulation�
🌧️ Improved rainwater attenuation�
🦋 Increased biodiversity�
❄️ Reduced summer overheating

And because Wecryl is inherently root-resistant, there’s no need for chemical root inhibitors often required with alternative systems.

From an installation perspective, the project has also eliminated the need for naked flames and hot works. Compared to the originally specified torch-on system, this approach avoids the use of approximately 900kg of LPG and an estimated 2.7 tonnes of CO₂ emissions during installation. 💚

Waste has also been significantly reduced through the use of recyclable 1-tonne IBC containers in place of multiple smaller tins - helping minimise landfill impact across the project.

Fantastic progress so far, with waterproofing works on the second block now moving forward. A huge thank you to Durable Contracts Roofing Limited for their continued support and collaboration throughout 👏

From failing gutters to a fully restored system built to perform again.

A fantastic transformation delivered by Arek and Sebastian at HTR Group, whose attention to detail, workmanship and professionalism were evident from start to finish.

Rather than opting for unnecessary replacement, the team successfully brought the existing gutters back to life - restoring both performance and appearance to a high standard.
