🍋✨ Layers of lemony goodness!

Filling, stacking, and building this little beauty one layer at a time. Soft lemon cake, delicious filling, and plenty of zesty flavour in every bite. 💛

🎂 And just like that… 30 years in the corporate world is officially over!

Today, I’m trading in servers, projects and endless technical jargon for icing bags, mixing bowls and full-time cake chaos! 🍰

After 30 years in an office-based role, I’m incredibly excited (and slightly terrified!) to say that The Crumb Factory is officially my new 9–5… and let’s be honest, probably my 5–9 too! 😂

A brand-new chapter, a lifelong passion, and plenty of cake ahead. 💕

If you’re local to Dorset, I’d absolutely love your support as I take this leap. Every like, share, order, recommendation — or even just telling a friend about me — genuinely means the world.
