Sweet Surprises I am a qualified and registered with Poole council as a cake decorator. I specialise in Bespoke cakes and can accommodate all dietary requirements .

I Love to make cakes,studied Sugarcraft and Cake decorating at Bournemouth College for 2 yrs,i also studied for 1year on how to make Sugar Flowers which when added to a cake can make it extra special. I love the challenge of creating something completely different and out of my comfort zone and then seeing the joy on somebodys face when they receive that special cake.

A lovely lady from London discovered my fbook page and ordered a cake for her Hubby's 50th .A chocolate orange Spurs fan was requested along with a sticky toffee pudding cake and one of my special lemon cakes.I had to deliver the cake to a house in Sandbanks and I was very nervous but not for long as my lovely customer was absolutely delighted with my work.😊

Made this cake for a Sister and Brother who share their birthday within days of each other.The cake is Vanilla flavoured...

The cake is Vanilla flavoured and smelt divine whilst cooking.The Characters on top are made from Terry's chocolate 🍊

Yesterday I made my first decorated TCO,the Golfer to go on top of a birthday cake.Today I made the Rugby player for another cake and the Polar bear for a gift.
