It's been a busy week in the kitchen this weekend. Triple layer Victoria sponge with rainbow buttercream, sprinkles & white chocolate ganache. Apple & blackberry sandwich with cinnamon & ginger frosting. Gluten & dairy free rich chocolate orange.

I was asked to do a mocha cake, this is what I came up with, 5 layers of a fudgy coffee cake with chocolate chips, fudgy chocolate filling, finished with a sweet latte frosting 😋
