Time for a change.
6 yrs,11 mths & a few days later..The Galley, Alderney is now CLOSED.
Thank you.
Truly.
It was an ill-considered venture that paid off in many, many ways x

Days off are filled with cooking!
Today was savoury plum sauce and a 'hot & fruity' chutney.
That's 40ish jars & 8 varieties so far....😋
