Every weekend throughout September, we’ll be bringing you a brand-new sourdough to discover, available Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.

First up is our JURASSIC SOURDOUGH, packed with mature cheddar, spring onions and white onions. Full of flavour, beautifully crusty and the perfect loaf to kick off the month.

Introducing the… 🍽️🍷 PMB SUPPER CLUB🍷🍽️

After the success of our Street Kitchen, we wanted to bring things inside… a little more intimate, cosy and all about delicious food and great company!

With our incredible in-house chef, Timothy Mann, we’re excited to launch our Supper Club! With Tim creating a special four-course menu for our first evening, celebrating seasonal produce and the flavours we all love! 🌿

Our September Supper Club will feature four delicious courses, all for £55pp.

Expect delicious food, great wine, relaxed evenings and a table full of people coming together!

🥂 Add a glass of fizz, a bottle of wine, a German or Belgium beer or our house Amaretto Sour cocktail and settle in for the evening!🍸🍻

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at St Peter’s, Poole last night and helped us celebrate the first outing of our brand-new Street Kitchen trailer! 🎉

It was brilliant to see the trailer in action and to serve so many of you throughout the evening. We’ve shared a few photographs so you can take a closer look at our new mobile kitchen, designed to help us serve more people, more efficiently, while delivering an even better Street Kitchen experience.

We’re beyond excited to introduce our brand-new Street Kitchen food trailer! 🎉 We can’t wait for you to see it! 👀

Our new mobile street kitchen has been designed to bring more capacity, greater efficiency and an even better service experience when we’re serving our delicious street food! 🥩🌭🫕🍟

We’re delighted to get our Street Kitchen out on the road at St Peter’s Church St Peter’s, Poole alongside a fantastic programme of live music events 🎶:

So why not make an evening of it? Great music, delicious food and a beautiful setting! ⛪️

We know our previous Street Kitchen event had longer wait times than we would have liked. We’re incredibly proud of our resident chefs/bakers Tim & Steve, who worked their socks off and produced an amazing amount of food with the setup they had, but we also knew we could do better!

So, we’ve invested in a brand-new professional food trailer, giving our chefs more space, better equipment and the capacity to keep the food flowing.

Same PMB quality. A whole new way to serve it! 🔥
