Ultra-moist very rich vegan chocolate cake with vegan creamy oreo buttercream*

*according to the Oreo website, they cannot call these cookies truly vegan because their equipment they come in contact with may have cross-contact with milk. If that is concerning you, you can sub for any of favourite vegan biscuits that go into buttercream. Just let me know 🍪

With Easter just around the corner I decided to bake carrot cake as it always reminds me of a Spring, my favourite time of the year 🌷
Very moist, hint of cinnamon and sweetness from carrots🥕. Layered with orange cream cheese frosting. What else would you need? 😋
I baked two versions of it as you can see on the pictures, both finished with chocolate nests and mini chocolate eggs. Believe me or not the red ones ARE chocolates too, and not just chocolates, they are Terry's orange mini eggs, so yummy, just my camera doesn't capture colours very well 📸😉

Death by chocolate 🍫😋 perfect for any chocoholic 😊

Extremely chocolatey chocolate cake, 4 moist, very rich chocolate sponges layered with chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream. Finished with even more chocolate, 70% of cocoa dark chocolate ganache and more chocolate buttercream. You might think that it will be too sweet? not with this lovely dark chocolate we used, 70% of cocoa in it makes the cake all balanced 👌
