Oh go on then! A Sunday without cake is just like a Monday! Today’s bake is my banana molasses cake. Smells so divine & is scrumptiously good!👌🏼👩‍🍳🍰🌱🫖🍰🍌

My lemon cake with candied lemon slices is not only delicious, it’s child friendly too! 😆When I cut my son a piece, he told me he didn’t want it… yet I caught him on video finishing off the whole slice & he told me it was yummy lol👦🏼💛🍰🍋There are 4 size options available (single or double tier too)I’m taking orders!👩‍🍳🌱

Meet the Plant Based Baker👩‍🍳🌱

I want to welcome you all to my new business page…

For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Emily! I’m a Mum to an amazing son, who loves to bake, eat cake and run lol.

I’ve always loved to cook and bake but since I went plant based over 2.5 years ago, this really got me being more creative in the kitchen.

I started posting all my food and cake pictures on social media, which sparked a fair amount of interest. I’ve made meals and cakes for family and friends which have always gone down a treat. In fact, I’ve even convinced some none plant based eaters just how delicious plant based food and cakes can be…especially mine!

So many people have encouraged me to follow my passion for cooking and baking further, so as a result, Em’s Bean Running Kitchen has been born, which is truly my own little passion project.

I am always trying out new bakes and recipes and looking to improve my skills. I shall also be looking into some gluten free and nut free options very soon so watch this space!

AND when I’m not baking or cooking up something in my kitchen, running off the cake I’ve eaten, I’ll generally be treating a client, as I’m a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist 💆‍♀️
